What is Yoga Therapy?

The International Association of Yoga Therapists defines Yoga Therapy as “the process of empowering individuals to progress toward improved health and well-being through the application of the teachings and practices of Yoga.” The discipline can be approached in many different ways, but all Yoga Therapists work using evidence-based practices to support you in your journey toward whole-person health.
