Meet Jenny

C-IAYT, E-RYT, YACEP

Welcome! I'm an integrative yoga therapist offering private and group sessions in yoga therapy, somatic mental health support, Reiki, and sound healing. My approach blends movement, breath, energy work, and mindfulness to support your well-being, whether you're seeking emotional balance, relief from stress or physical injury, or a deeper self-connection.

My background in athletic training, movement assessment, and injury management blends beautifully with the principles and philosophies of yoga, leading me to pursue Yoga Therapy with specialties in stress management and cancer care. My approach to healing and wellness is rooted in Auyrveda; each of my clients’ unique psychological, emotional, and physical constitutions are taken into consideration to help bring their body's systems back into balance. I offer each of my clients a truly comprehensive plan of care, combining Ayurvedic practices with a wide range of modalities for therapeutic support.

I look forward to working with you as you navigate your healing journey!
