Personalized Classes
A true experience of self-care
These 75-minute therapeutic sessions will be designed specifically for your group’s needs. You’ll have a variety of components to choose from: your choice of yoga style, mobility and flexibility, strengthening, sound healing, and Reiki. You can schedule a single session for a special event or a series of four weekly classes.

Teen Workshop Series
Create a Stress Managment Plan!
This series of three weekly sessions will guide your teen in designing a personalized stress management plan.
Saturdays: March 22, 29, April 5
2-3:15pm
Your teen will learn about the Nervous System and how our bodies are affected by stress, grow their power of interoception to learn their personal warning signs of stress, learn and apply tools and strategies to mitigate symptoms, and create a Stress SOS card filled with fast, easy and effective ways to interrupt and complete the stress cycle. We’ll discuss how to better support ourselves for sleep and emotional regulation, and each week your teen will be invited to experience a different restorative yoga therapy practice.
