Nervous System Support
Understanding the Nervous System and how our bodies respond to stress is foundational to emotional regulation and stress management. We’ll work together to build an understanding of your body’s responses to emotion and how best to interrupt, and then complete stress cycles as they arise. You’ll learn powerful tools and strategies to build resilience and help regulate and manage symptoms.
Collaborative Care
I am happy to work collaboratively with any current mental health providers you have. I work closely with a team of licenced mental health counselors and social workers who remain available for consultation whenever indicated. With a specialty in mindfulness and meditation for stress management, my Yoga Therapy mentors remain a source of support and guidance. You will receive personalized, compassionate care throughout our time together with a team of experienced healers supporting you along the way!
