A small group working toward a shared goal can be a powerful force.

By combining the personalized attention of private sessions with the dynamic support found among friends, group sessions offer the unique benefit of connecting with others. This allows clients to receive focused guidance while also fostering a sense of community and collective encouragement, creating a holistic and inclusive wellness experience.

What’s Included

Weekly Sessions

Your small group will meet once a week for six weeks to work toward your goals. We may incorporate movement, breathwork, guided meditation, sound healing…we have a huge toolbox at our disposal to help you along the way!

Home Program

Your personalized home program will be designed to be manageable for you, aligning with both your goals and your schedule. Emphasizing progress over perfection, consistency with your home program will lead to great strides toward your goals.

1:1 Check-ins

You’ll have the option to meet with me virtually throughout the program to ask questions, fine tune your home program, or discuss new goals. If you don’t feel comfortable discussing something with your group, you can safely bring it here.
