Group Classes

Weekly + Monthly Offerings

I teach through a therapeutic lens, offering practices that support a lifetime of movement. All classes are appropriate for movers of any experience level. Classes invite deeper explorations in how your body moves and responds to movement; experienced movers learn strategies to fine-tune their practice and beginners get a strong foundation in movement principles to empower them to progress their practice with confidence. Drop in classes are available at all locations.

45 minutes of mobility + strength work, appropriate for all movement levels - especially those with joint issues and hypermobility

Fridays:

12:15-1:15p Lunchtime Reset

Navigating stress using mindfulness + movement strategies

Monthly:

6:00-7:30p Fourth Friday Workshops
