What’s Included

Identifying Your Goals

In addition to a movement assessment, our first session will include a comprehensive discussion about your goals, encompassing all areas of your life. Yoga therapy can support a wide range of wellness issues, so feel free to ask if there’s a specific area where you could benefit from additional support.

Working Sessions

Our sessions will center around supporting you, utilizing a variety of yogic tools to best help you meet your goals. Sessions may vary week to week as we adapt to your needs and progress. Your feedback and open communication is invaluable in shaping the perfect program for you.

Home Program

A personalized home program will be created just for you, encouraging consistency in your journey toward your goals. Optional virtual check-ins are available as well, allowing us time to discuss updates to goals, review and refine your home program, or just meet for a mini-session!
